What is a private transfer?
When you use our service, we offer you with a private transfer. This means the vehicle will not be shared with other passengers and will be only for you and those traveling with you.

How many luggage can I bring?
The amount of luggage you can bring depends on the number of person travelling and the type of transfer you select. By default, this is one large suitcase and one handbag per person. We however understand that you might have excess luggage ñ in that case, please confirm your requirements while making your reservation and we will allocate an appropriate vehicle where all your luggage will fit.
What do I need to do when I arrive at the airport?
After you have picked up your luggage and cleared the customs, proceed to the exit (arrival lounge). This is where your driver will be waiting for you. He will be holding a board/paper with your name written on it. Simply give him your printed receipt or your booking reference and heíll guide you to your vehicle.
Deposit / Cancellation fee
We do not take deposits and we do not charge for cancellations (There is no cancellation charges if you make a cancellation at least 2 hours before your agreed pick up.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We monitor flight arrival time daily and we plan accordingly. So please give us your flight number so that we can monitor arrival times.
How do we pay?
You will pay directly to your driver after having reached your destination. If you book multiple trips with us, we recommend that you pay only the portion of the charge that is applicable to the trip you make.
